A few weeks ago we had an adult's night out at Krista's. I had the Sweet Chili yummlets (flour tortilla strips with our sweet chili dipping sauce) as an appetizer, pictured below, with The Wedge (a hunk of iceberg topped with our gorgonzola dressing, fresh tomatoes & apple cider smoked bacon) as my main course. I do think the best part was their home made chips, pictured at the bottom, (homemade thin sliced potato chips, your choice of toppings: gorgonzola cream, scallion & apple cider bacon) that used the same dressing as the Wedge.
